Manas is experienced in developing high performance technical teams with a systems and applications approach to product development. Before founding SpearIx, Manas held various senior design engineer and management positions at Qualcomm, Marvell & Intel. Manas holds 7 US patents and has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.
Kiran has 15+ years of experience in design and development of RF transceiver and power amplifier products for 2G/3G/4G cellular market. Kiran is a domain expert in high frequency EM modeling, advanced package/PCB design and high performance analog/RF circuit design on advanced semiconductor technology nodes. Kiran has held various senior design engineering positions at Silicon Labs and Avago and has a PhD in Electrical Engineering.
Frank has 25+ years of executive experience in building high-impact teams, strategy and revenue/profit growth in the IoT/M2M wireless market with a customer-centric, collaborative, data-driven leadership style. Frank reshaped the $120M+ ultra-low power medical IoT business at Microsemi and doubled its revenue. He also drove 8x top-line revenue growth in a previously failing Wi-Fi business. Frank has held various executive roles including VP/GM of Engineering at Microsemi and Zarlink.
Sunil is a technology business executive with 25+ years of broad operational experience in developing new businesses & products in the semiconductor industry. Sunil has successfully managed business with annual revenue of $500M+ at a large public company with experience in M&A between start-ups and larger companies. Sunil has held various executive roles including GM of Interconnect Solutions at IDT and VP of Wireless at Xilinx.
Rama is a technology & innovation executive with 15+ years of leadership in developing & managing innovative products for Industrial, Commercial and Residential IoT with hands-on experience in managing all aspects of wireless product development for sensing, monitoring & control applications. Rama was a technical editor of the ISA100.11a industrial wireless standard, holds 29 patents and was named “Minnesota’s Top Inventors” by Twin Cities Business magazine.
